GLP-1 medications and other weight loss treatments are prescribed only after a clinical evaluation.

Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our services. Treatment eligibility is determined solely by a licensed medical provider based on BMI, health profile, and clinical evaluation.

Payment & Billing Subscription plans are billed monthly or weekly depending on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time — there are no long-term contracts. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All pricing is disclosed upfront.

Medications All medications require a physician evaluation and prescription. GLP-1 medications and other treatments are compounded or sourced by FDA-regulated pharmacies and shipped directly to your address. We do not guarantee specific weight loss outcomes.

Limitation of Liability Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
